Wie in der Natur auch, neigen hochkomplexe Systeme dazu, unter bestimmten Bedingungen Krebs zu erzeugen -- um sich schließlich selbst zu zerstören. Genau das ist geschehen. Das Weltfinanzsystem hat Krebs -- und der Fisch beginnt am Kopf zu stinken. Um den Rest zu retten, müsste man den Kopf abschneiden. Aber keine Sorge, das wird nicht geschehen.
Man hat ja schließlich alles im Griff ...

Die Zahl der wirklichen Finanzspezialisten ist äußerst gering, was man immer dann erkennen kann, wenn das System in die Krise gerät: Sie verstecken sich hinter ihren Bildschirmen, telefonieren nervös und hoffen, dass alles nicht so schlimm kommen möge. Die Hoffnung allerdings hat noch niemals jemanden geholfen, einer Krise zu entkommen. Und höre ich dann noch, dass der Ex-Fed-Chef Alan Greenspan nun als Berater für ein deutsches Bankinstitut arbeitet, dann frage ich mich ernsthaft, was in diesem Lande vor sich geht.
